Cole Stanton continues to build on three decades in Building Materials & Sciences: solving performance challenges in our built environment, and developing education and standards. Cole built a successful international team and proprietary model of pull-through technical and specification sales; and then pioneered an education & training platform serving more than 15,000 building construction materials and methods. Since 1993, Cole has developed remediation standards and state & provincial regulations for the abatement of asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, biohazard, structural fire, wildfire and surface hygiene. He gives back with volunteer time in leadership and standards creation for organizations such as ASTM, IAQA, and for three standards for IICRC. Frequently engaged with catastrophe restoration, and as a key liaison to volunteer organizations active in disaster, Cole has put boots on the ground to support efforts in more than 30 disaster zones since 2003. Now Cole is a charter subject-matter-expert for Restoration Crosscheck, and is heavily invested in direction of RC’s rapidly growing Education & Training (E&T) platform.
He is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Political Science and resides with his two young children outside Boston.
